Enjoyable Christmas stay, convenient location, and friendly staff. Spent a lovely Christmas at this hotel which offered reasonable prices and excellent food. The location was very strategic and easily accessible to places of interest. The staff were very approachable and accommodating. They were always ready to help and greet guests with a smile. , the free wifi and spacious rooms were a plus.
Noisy surroundings and walls. Unfortunately, the thin walls meant we could hear the noise from the streets and the neighboring rooms.

Close to rizal park and other attractions. No complains at all considering great prices. We found Dragon Noodle House to dine in 400 feet from the hotel. The rooms met all requests...

The hotel’s setting within a walking distance of everything we wanted to explore, like rizal park. We greatly enjoyed the food and staff and did not want to leave. Room met needs well.
Can’t fault anything about it.

During our recent stay, we found a great value hotel in a convenient location close to many bars and eateries. the hotel had comfortable beds, clean bathrooms with hot water, and friendly service. We enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast and found the facilities to be well-maintained. the hotel is also close to the US Embassy and many tourist attractions.
The hotel could improve on its reception staff's PR skills as they come across as disinterested and rude.

The hotel is not well run and is staffed by some very unfriendly people -- when you first enter hotel and go to your room you squeeze into a tiny lift that can only just accomodate 2 persons and some luggage. The Family room consist of a Philippine size Queen bed and one single bed --but thebed is so low to floor it is a real struggle to stand up after sitting or lying down . Then the bathroom is very small and the towels and bath mats so thin that make more than one use impossible. The wash basin waste pipe leaked whenever any pressure was applied to basin itself -- which is a convenient item to help raise yourself up from tolet, which is unacceptably low for western tourists. On inspection of room I noted a cockroach lying dead and even when this dead insect was pointed out to room lady she made no effort to remove the insect and forgot to give extra soap and or service coffee /milk in room ( provided as complimentary for guest use ) . On my last morning there I was told when I WENT OT BREAKFAST ROOM ( BAR ) that kitchen had some problem and breakfast could not be served before 8.15 am but as no repair man was sighter prior to this or after I SUSPECT THAT THE REAL REASON FOR ANY DELAY WAS THAT THE COOK DID NOT TURN UP FOR WORK on time. Then when breakfast was able to be served the cook told us that they had no bacon and no FILipino sausage called BANGUS. In SUMMARY this hotel is over priced for accomodation and food and you would do well to avoid this hotel and find an alternative accomodation place.

Firstly if you don't mind a bit of walking amongst the locals, (which is why I travel) the location is perfect for visiting Intramuros, Rizal Park, Roxas Ave at sunset and any organised trips onto Manila Bay or the hinterland. The ability to use the jeepney routes to get to the major shopping centres such as SM, Robertson's or Harrisons adds to the excitment of the area, provided you ask advice first and then exercise normal safety habits. The staff and even the owner, who I met once, are always helpful and polite. The friendly atmosphere on both my visits' from the moment I'm met at the airport through to settling into my room and then the enjoying the tasty Filipino meals (I tend to avoid western - Australian meals if given a choice) is always welcome. True this might be a resturant - bar more suited to single males instead of families. But I do believe it is great value for money with no pretensions like some big name hotels, with a group of staff who are friendly and take an interest in you.
Somethings the Hotel can't control, such as the street drainage when ever the heavy rains set in, but that's part of the adventure.

Good value for money and comfortable rooms with air conditioning made this hotel a decent choice for a business trip. the location was also convenient for getting around and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating to my needs.
the room was not properly cleaned and there were stains on the sheets and towels.

Absolutely nothing!!! It was very Hot, air cond didnt work, changed rooms twice....! There fans work, is about all ...its 2012 air cons are available!!.....miserable experience! Upon arrival would not honor my booking from Booked.net....Denied even doing a booking online with you guys at all is waht I was told by the hotel clerk....Finally after reporting this to your customer service was able to get the room at the original advertised rate.......After much arguing with the owner & staff.....I Wont return to this hotel again!!!
I believe I covered all in above statement! This isnt a complaint it is what I experienced and I wont go back to this hotel ...I will use Booked.net but this hotel needs to be investigated as they are a scam operation..........bad experience! Wont ever return there...! Doug Knight

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with both air conditioning and a fan for cooling. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The location is convenient, with many tourist attractions nearby. We were also pleased to find a convenient store and several bars within walking distance.
Was all great.

I would recommend this hotel to my American friends who have business at the U. S. Embassy. Easily within walking distance. The room was large and comfortable with both a/c and a fan for cooling. It also had a fridge with complimentary coffee maker. The food was good for the money and the restaurant/cocktail lounge provided nice entertainment. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed.
